Sítio dos Anjos is located in the Serra da Mantiqueira, in the south of Minas Gerais, in the city of Itamonte, bordering the famous and enigmatic Pico das Agulhas Negras in the Itatiaia National Park, in the state of Rio de Janeiro.
The south of Minas Gerais is known for its pleasant and healing energy, as well as for being home to several mineral-water spa towns.
It is precisely in this region that we hold various encounters, experiences, and sessions, among which stands out RECONECTE — an experience of reconnection with nature and with oneself — at Sítio dos Anjos, a space coordinated by naturopath Celso Zymon, specialist in longevity, natural health, metaphysics, and Sound Healing.
We offer several types of experiences and sessions:

The weekend encounters are specially designed for small groups who can enjoy everything Sítio dos Anjos has to offer. In addition, each participant receives an individual Sound Healing session conducted by Professor Celso Zymon, integrated with the other activities at the location.
The retreat takes place over three days of peace and reconnection (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) in the heart of southern Minas Gerais, in the city of Itamonte.
We begin on Friday evening at 7 p.m. with a welcome broth and the first gathering in the geodesic dome, and finish on Sunday at 3 p.m.
The proposal is simple yet profound: group coexistence, collective experiences, and a personal sound-healing session.
A three-day encounter that fosters inner silence, communion with nature, and the awakening of new perceptions.

ENCOUNTER SCHEDULE
Friday evening:
- Welcome broth at 7 p.m. We usually leave the afternoon free so you can rest from the trip, and we meet at 7 p.m. for the broth and initial conversation.
Saturday
- 8:30 a.m. – Breakfast and opening with introductory class, explanations, and alignment of activities.
- Walk to get to know the site and the practice points (pyramids, meditation spaces, river, etc.).
- 12:30 p.m. – Lunch.
- Afternoon – Individual Sound Healing sessions and free time for personal practices.
- 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. – River vigil when the weather is favorable.
- Evening – Conversation circle around the fire, live flute, stories, and chat. We close with a broth or soup.
Sunday

8:30 a.m. – Breakfast and continuation of activities. Sound Healing sessions for those who did not participate on Saturday.
12:30 p.m. – Lunch. The space remains available until 3 p.m. Preparations for departure.

IMPORTANT TO KNOW THAT THE CLIMATE IN THE REGION IS UNSTABLE AND RAIN MAY OCCUR WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE, WHICH NATURALLY PREVENTS SOME OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES.
ANOTHER IMPORTANT FACT IS THAT NIGHTS ARE ALWAYS MUCH COLDER. In southern Minas Gerais it is always colder at night — BRING WARM CLOTHING.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR – CELSO ZYMON
Celso Zymon is a naturopath specializing in orthomolecular biology, a metaphysician, academic philosophy professor, and holds postgraduate degrees in neuropsychology, ozone therapy, clinical nutrition, sports nutrition, and cosmetology. Author of five books, he also brings remarkable metaphysical and ufological experiences that he shares during the encounters.
