Sítio dos Anjos is located in the Serra da Mantiqueira, in the south of Minas Gerais, in the city of Itamonte, bordering the famous and enigmatic Pico das Agulhas Negras in the Itatiaia National Park, in the state of Rio de Janeiro.

The south of Minas Gerais is known for its pleasant and healing energy, as well as for being home to several mineral-water spa towns.

It is precisely in this region that we hold various encounters, experiences, and sessions, among which stands out RECONECTE — an experience of reconnection with nature and with oneself — at Sítio dos Anjos, a space coordinated by naturopath Celso Zymon, specialist in longevity, natural health, metaphysics, and Sound Healing.

We offer several types of experiences and sessions:

The weekend encounters are specially designed for small groups who can enjoy everything Sítio dos Anjos has to offer. In addition, each participant receives an individual Sound Healing session conducted by Professor Celso Zymon, integrated with the other activities at the location.

The retreat takes place over three days of peace and reconnection (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) in the heart of southern Minas Gerais, in the city of Itamonte.

We begin on Friday evening at 7 p.m. with a welcome broth and the first gathering in the geodesic dome, and finish on Sunday at 3 p.m.

The proposal is simple yet profound: group coexistence, collective experiences, and a personal sound-healing session.

A three-day encounter that fosters inner silence, communion with nature, and the awakening of new perceptions.

PROGRAMAÇÃO DO ENCONTRO

Sexta a noite:
– Teremos um caldo de boas vindas 19h. Normalmente deixamos a tarde livre para que possam descansar da viagem e nos encontramos às 19h para um caldo e bate-papo inicial.

Sábado

08:30h – Café da manhã e abertura com aula introdutória, explicações e alinhamento das atividades.
Caminhada para reconhecimento do sítio e dos pontos de prática (pirâmides, espaços de meditação, rio, etc.).
12h30 – Almoço.
Tarde – Sessões individuais de Sound Healing e tempo livre para práticas pessoais.
18h30 às 19h30 – Vigília junto ao rio quando o tempo estiver propício.
À noite – Roda conversa na fogueira, flauta ao vivo, histórias e bate-papo. Encerramos com um caldo ou sopa.

Domingo

08:30h – Café da manhã e continuidade das atividades. Sessões de Sound Healing para quem não participou no sábado.
12h30 – Almoço.
O espaço permanece a disposição até as 15h. Preparativos para partida.
